The LRC does have children's books that are told in both English and Spanish, as well as other language. There are also books that are mostly written in English but highlight key words and phrases in other languages.
From the library's home page (library.eku.edu) and scroll to the bottom of the page. Under Research Resources, select WorldCat Discovery.

Then click on the Advanced Search link
Enter the keywords "bilingual books"
Scroll down to the bottom and select Learning Resources Center
