Finding books and articles written about a specific author in the library's EDS discovery search can be a little tricky.

We recommend starting by selecting the Advanced Search on the library's homepage.

Library home page with "Advanced Search" selected

Then be sure to Sign In using your EBSCOHost account to guarantee you are getting a complete set of results.

Try entering the author's name as "last name, first name."  Then use the Select a Field options, choosing "Subject." As you are looking for works that are discussing the specific author or one of their works, this option should help.

Tip! You may still see a few works written by the author within your search results. This is a hard search to make perfect. If you limit it too much, it will filter out too much. But by searching this way, you should have a helpful list of results with articles and books written about and discussing the author and/or their works.
