The Fire Protection Handbook, 20th edition (2008) is a large, physical, 2 volume set. It is available for in-library reserve use only. 
Students majoring in fire are encouraged to purchase a personal copy of the Fire Protection Handbook as they will use it extensively throughout their studies. Students are able to purchase individual, personal use copies in the print, 2 volume set or electronically as a PDF.
The Fire Protection Handbook is not available in the National Fire Codes Online database. Nor is it available as an eBook or PDF purchase to institutions or libraries. NFPA simply does not make it available in those formats to institutions or libraries.
