We do have a physical copy of the very large, 2 volume set of the 2008, 20th edition of the Fire Protection Handbook. The 20th edition is the most recent edition.
Important! The Fire Protection Handbook is on course reserve and must be requested and checked out at the Crabbe Main Library help desk. The handbook must used within the library building as course reserves materials are not allowed to leave the building.
Students majoring in fire should purchase a personal copy as they will use it extensively throughout their studies. Students are able to purchase individual, personal use copies in the print, 2 volume set or electronically as a PDF.
The Fire Protection Handbook is not available in the National Fire Codes Online database. Nor is it available as an eBook or PDF purchase to institutions or libraries. NFPA simply does not make it available in those formats to institutions or libraries.
Older editions (13th - 19th editions) are available in EKU Libraries' circulating collection and are available for checkout.
