If you would like to save articles, search queries and more within EBSCOhost databases, you will need to create a personal EBSCOhost account.

Important! Your EKU login is not connected to EBSCOhost accounts. You will not be able to save items to folders unless you create and log into a personal EBSCOhost account.

First, connect to an EBSCOhost database through the EKU Libraries homepage.

Start creating your personal account by clicking on the MyEbsco Account link located at the top of an EBSCOhost database.

Academic Search Ultimate screen with link "MyEbsco Account" at the top highlighted

On the EBSCOhost screen, do not try to log in!

Instead, scroll to the bottom of screen and click on the link for Don't have an account? Create one now.

From the EBSCO Discovery Search - the main search located on the library homepage -- click on the person icon located in the upper right corner.

Once you have created a personal account, you will have to take the extra step of clicking on the MyEbsco Account link at the top of EBSCOhost resources in order to use the folder and other account functionality.

You will not be automatically logged into a personal EBSCOhost account.
