Q. How do I setup up the Meeting Owl for Meetings?
How to Setup Meeting Owl?
Take Meeting Owl out of the box.
Choose the location you want it to set.
Turn over the owl and plug in the USB cable and power cord.
Plug the other end of the USB cable into the laptop/desktop and power adapter into the power outlet. There is an extension USB cord if you need it to be longer that you can plug into as well.
Load the video conferencing platform (Zoom, Teams, etc)
Choose meeting owl for Audio, Speaker and Video in the platform of your choice.
Tripod:
If you need a Tripod, you will need to do the following:
On the bottom of the Meeting Owl attach the tripod and turn it till it locks in.
Pull out the legs to the height you want and lock them in on the side.
In Zoom:
Go to Microphone settings & Speaker settings and choose Meeting Owl.
