Note: Access to NFPA LiNK is restricted to faculty and students currently enrolled in EKU’s Fire and Safety Engineering programs.
NFPA has replaced the old Fire Codes Online (NFCSS) portal with a new platform called NFPA LiNK. You’ll still find the same codes and standards—just in a new, more modern home!
Setting Up Your Account
- Check your EKU email: Enrolled students will receive an email invitation at their @eku.edu address. (Be sure to check your spam/junk folder!)
- Join the Team: Click the Join Team button in that invitation email to start the activation process.
- If you have a NFPA account: Enter your password and click Join Team. Note: This only works if your existing account is registered to your EKU email.
- If you do not have a NFPA account: Click Sign Up to create an account using your EKU email address. Once you verify your email, click Join Team to finish the setup.
Troubleshooting
- Login Loop? If you have trouble setting up, go to NFPA.org, click Sign Out in the top right, and then try the registration link from your EKU email again.
- Error Message? If you see "There was a problem logging you in", double-check that you are using your EKU email address. Personal email accounts will not work for this subscription.
