Library Instruction Request Form (updated 8/24)

Why change a good thing?

We knew the 'old' form wasn't the greatest, however like many things, we were constrained by the technology available at the time.

What's so good about the new form?

The updated form is built in the newly available Asana platform which allows for many of the form functions that faculty have requested.

  • If you want to provide multiple instruction sessions for your course, you now only need to submit one form.
  • A calendar is provided for date selections.
  • ENG 102 librarian sessions can be scheduled in one form.
  • The form is accessible on mobile devices.

Do I need to sign-up for Asana?

No. Asana forms are much like Google forms in so much as that you do not need to be a member to use their public facing forms. Nothing is being scheduled inside Asana. Just click the link and go.

If there is a new form, then why are there fields below?

Remember the afore mentioned technology constraints? This is a lingering part of that redundant software. The cake is a lie; do not fill out the below fields.
