EKU Libraries welcomes suggestions from the university community for the acquisition of materials that support the University's teaching and research programs. All purchase suggestions will be reviewed by the Collection Strategies team in light of their collection development policies.

You can make purchase suggestions in a variety of ways.

WorldCat Discovery

Start at the WorldCat Discovery link on the EKU Libraries homepage to open WorldCat Discovery. For step-by-step directions, please see our FAQ, "How can I use WorldCat Discovery to search for books not currently owned or held at EKU Libraries?"

WorldCat.org

Find the book title in WorldCat.org and click on the Find Full Text at EKU Libraries link.

Start with a blank request form in your Library Express account

Complete a blank request form in your Library Express account to request the book. For step-by-step directions, please see our FAQ, "How do I manually create a new Library Express request?"

Always Use the Comments Field

No matter which method you use, be sure to give us lots of information in the Comments field in the request form. Let us know why you need the book, if it's for a specific class or classes, etc.
